At Halhara, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from tovlinex.top. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund and returns policy.
1. 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Conditions for Return
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Items must be free of any odors, pet hair, or signs of wear.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required for all returns.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee or may be denied.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers or magazines).
- Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Sale items or items marked as final sale.

4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call us at 213-675-1109 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive an RMA number and instructions on how to send back your item.
- Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, along with all accessories and and documentation.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided with the RMA instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Refund Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For damaged or defective items, Halhara will cover the return shipping costs. We may request photos of the damage or defect.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
